Please note the detail design in the model varies slightly from the Indicative Development Concept in the Book of Plans due to ongoing design development work. Also the information regarding the surrounding properties, vegetation and housing is indicative only.

Animation No 1 Princes Highway Building Envelope
This shows the proposed changes to the existing building envelope on Princes Highway, which are being considered under the current proposal (Stage 1)
